What we are offering?

Successful candidates will undertake four 6-month rotational placements within our core teams, giving you a broad understand of our solutions, business and the role of a professional software engineer. You will work as a key member of our Software Development, Database, Testing & Release teams in delivering and supporting our systems and high impact projects within challenging deadlines. We will help you achieve the highest standards of performance and behaviours and manage your career progression according to our career path framework which is developed around internationally recognised SFIA framework. In our experience graduates in the program achieve Software Engineer I after about 12 months employment and can achieve the level of Software Engineer II within 2-3 years of employment; each promotion attracts a market competitive remuneration package. You will work with a diverse range of technologies such as: - C# .NET Framework, ASP.NET and .NET core, SQL Server, JavaScript, Agile Processes.

The role will predominantly be based in Wilmslow (SK9) but may require occasional travel to The Manchester Office in Manchester Science Park(M15), in addition to visiting our partners’ site in Cheshire Oaks (CH65).

Salary: £22,000 starting salary, increasing in line with market rates through our SFIA aligned career paths. 37.5 hours per week

As we look to step up to the next level of growth, we are now expanding our Lahore development office, and are looking for experienced Developers for this new office. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing company with exciting expansion plans.

We are looking for people with 5+ years of experience, to work closely with our Pakistan Regional Directors, and Team Leads (both in Lahore and the UK) analysing, designing, and building new systems and enhancements to existing systems. As a Senior Developer we would expect you to contribute to our continual process of improving our systems, processes and technology stack.
