As we continue to grow and deliver more applications to additional customers, we are looking for a talented business analyst with a passion for analysing, determining, & defining the business requirements for our customers. You will be responsible for gathering, understanding, and communicating the business needs of our customers. You will, together with the project team and system architects, ensure that these requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications, system developments, and related documentation.

To succeed in this forward looking, agile business, you should be able to achieve the following:-

  • Elicit core business requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and business analysis
  • Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish true needs rather than user preconceptions
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to deliver the necessary business artefacts, including business requirements documents, use cases, functional specifications, and system documentatio
  • Model business processes, map business workflows, and communicate processes clearly, completely, and efficientlyPerform gap analysis and produce relevant artefacts
  • Collaborate with project management, technical management, subject matter experts, and system architects to establish the business case and analyse trade-offs between usability, functionality, and system performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to deliver concise and relevant responses to RFP’s and RFI’s
  • Review test plans and scenarios to confirm testing coverage is appropriate, and participate in System and Functionality Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work with the management team to craft internal and external process documentation required by the legislative environment of the software solutions

As we continue to grow and therefore are delivering our solutions to more customers around the world, we need to enhance and expand our quality support and assurance team. We are therefore looking for people to join us in this key role of acting as the gateway between the customer and development team to be responsible for receiving, handling, and escalating product support issues across our airline solutions. It is expected that this person with have the following experience and abilities:-

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle 2nd line support issues across our product base
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and attempt to resolve problems reported by users
  • Investigation, escalation, creation, and management of product defect reports to the development team
  • Creation of detailed and useful product defect reports for the development team
  • Ensure customer are kept updated on the progress of their support issues
  • Support the test team in creation, review, and implementation of system test plans, scripts, and harnesses
  • Create, review, and maintain product documentation and training material
  • Work closely with the development team to understand customer issues and ensure speedy resolution of those issues
  • Build detailed knowledge of our product offerings to be able act as a subject matter expert for future enhancement and development efforts
  • Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ within the development centre
